governs all purchases made on or through the site. When you make a purchase through
Onlinemedicalshoppe.com you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions
of this policy You are bound to review the terms and conditions from time to time.

RIGHT TO PURCHASE |

who has a valid login ID protected by a password of your choice can purchase from
Onlinemedicalshoppe.com. Your purchase becomes complete when you enter a valid credit
card number, gets authorized by the payment gateway followed by the order summary.
At any point of time if Onlinemedicalshoppe.com understands that the order is a
fraudulent one, Onlinemedicalshoppe.com reserves the right to cancel your order
without any prior notification. You will be informed later, via e-mail or a phone
call, regarding the cancellation of the order.

yourself with Onlinemedicalshoppe.com. It is your sole responsibility to see that
no unauthorized logins take place using your id and password. For this ensure

when some uses your login to do so, you will be penalized for the same. |

Return Policy

You have to first accept the conditions placed by us before proceeding with the
return.

There is no return policy as all the orders are executed only after receiving confirmation
from your side.

But if you receive your order in a damaged condition or if it is a wrong delivery,
you can notify us about the same and we shall exchange the book and give you a fresh
piece /book ordered by you.

books that you have purchased from any of our showrooms cannot be returned
online and vice versa. |

General Dispatch
Policies :

Product once sold will neither be returned nor any refunds will be made.

In case payment is made through credit
card, orders would be completed and be executed only after the transaction is complete. |

Delivery shall not be made on Sundays, National Holidays or any unforseen circumstances.

Product would be delivered between 10:00 am to 6:00pm.

On the date of delivery some one should be present at the place of delivery to receive
the same.

All orders would be dispatched only by 5 O’ clock.

Unfair dealings will not be entertained and violation of any of the above mentioned
condition shall be subject to concern investigation.
